You never have to traverse trees of menus to reach the section you want or find the data you need. Integration, automation, and cross-referencing are central to this software’s design.For example, upon request, when entering a new stray animal or "Found Report", the system will process open lost reports and display a list of potential candidate matches. Conversely, entering a "Lost Animal" report will cause the system to automatically query the "Animal" and "Found Report" records for any potential matches.Another example of integration is in our adoption module. During the adoption process the record of the person applying for the adoption will be checked for any prior adoptions, prior surrenders, complaints or convictions recorded against them. This feature empowers the shelter to make an informed decision, based on documented facts, as to whether to approve the adoption or not. Our Petfinder, Pets911, and 1-800-save-a-pet integration also help get animals adopted by making it so easy to publish them to these fine sites.The management side of the program will assist you in areas such as cash receipts by automatically maintaining an audit trail that makes revenue tracking a breeze.A supply inventory system, with complete transaction support, is also provided.A full suite of management reports not only drastically reduces your workload but also helps to document the contribution your shelter makes to your community.
