Why should organizations purchase
your shelter software program?
Paw Trax was designed by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles (spcaLA) and the proceeds from the sales of Paw Trax goes towards the fight against animal cruelty. Every aspect of Paw Trax can be customized to meet your organization’s needs. The Microsoft Access or SQL based program classifies data such as animal type, breed, age, weight, medical records, behavior traits, training levels, complaint cases and much more. The program allows an organization to track and query the status of an animal based on criteria such as location found, adopted, owner surrender, quarantines, complaints issued or any other criteria preferred. Paw Trax permits staff to promptly view available animals, process impounds and adoptions, issue licenses and print reports. It also allows medical staff to easily manage animal records and history. Most existing shelter programs can be converted to Paw Trax and information is easily imported into the program. Paw Trax is cost efficient and thoroughly tested and proven. The program is currently used by two of the larger animal organizations in California and handles the day to day operations without problem.
